Warranty, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Connective Solutions is a customer oriented design and manufacturer operating with the single goal of customer satisfaction.  

A full refund will be provided in the event merchandise is returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of product delivery.    This rule may not apply for special orders.  Some shipping charges may apply.  Any order may be cancelled within 2 business days of receipt of purchase order or credit card order.   

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to, merchandise will be shipped to agreed arrival point within 30 days of valid credit card order.

Connective Solutions LLC., warrants to the end user that all of its product is free from defect in material and workmanship in the course of normal and reasonable use for a term of 30 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to Connective Solutions products and any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are in valid.  Neither Connective Solutions LLC., nor any authorized Connective Solutions LLC reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the installation or use of product.  

Connective Solutions LLC.'s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction or failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of Connective Solutions product with any equipment for which it is not intented.
